Overview: light to medium bodied, elegant and fine

Winemaking: whole bunch fruit pressed to large format barrel with fluffy solids; indigenous primary ferment and partial malo-lactic fermentation; all second use and older barrels

Aroma: complex and delicate; white peach, white pepper and orange blossom ; hints of oyster shell, lime, macadamia, ginger and deli meats

Palate: elegant and fine mid palate of citrus, cashew and stone fruits; fine, chalky phenolics on a long, persistent finish

Alcohol: 12.8%
