Winemaking: three vineyards on the Valley floor - two clay and one granite; mix of destemmed and whole bunch pressing; mix of older barrels and tank fermented.
Aroma: fine and mineral; white peach, pear and lemon oil; hints of oyster shell and almond
Palate: elegant, fine and saline; umami and nutty style on a long and lively finish.
